In order to simplify the quotation process we have based it upon the floor area, if you however choose to contact us we can ask a few more detailed questions about the property which usually allows us to further discount the published prices.
To give you an example… an industrial unit with a larger floor area than another may not necessarily require more work, so we will reduce the price in that instance!
